Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Cheers Supply.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The product was purchased in the last 15 days

The product is in its original packaging

The product isn't used or damaged

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Cheers Supply.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

Secure payment by Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and prepayment. The prices may change depending of promotions.

Products

If a product is unavailable after ordering, you will be informed by email as soon as possible.
You will then be able to order an alternative product from the site or cancel your order.
If you choose to cancel your order, you will be refunded immediately.

Shipping in Switzerland

The shipping is free for all order up to CHF99.– in Switzerland.
Package are generally delivered under 48 hours (working days) after receiving your payment.
We will supply with a link, as soon as possible, which will allow you to follow the delivery of your package online.
The shipment charges include the packaging and handling and the mail expenses.
We recommend you group your purchases together in a one order.
We cannot group two different orders and you will have to pay postal charges for each of them.
Your package is sent at your own risks, although particular care is brought to the package containing fragile products.

Shipping Internationally

The shipping is free for all order up to EUR 200.– in most of the European Countries.
Package are generally shipped under 48 - 72 hours (working days) after receiving your payment. Then it will be delivered in 2-4 days with GSL. 
We will supply with a link, as soon as possible, which will allow you to follow the delivery of your package online.
The shipment charges include the packaging and handling and the mail expenses.
We recommend you group your purchases together in a one order.
We cannot group two different orders and you will have to pay postal charges for each of them.

All the prices are inclueding VAT and duty. You will have no additionnal cost to pay at delivery.
